Prices and payment - All  prices are per person, double occupancy. Single supplements are shown for each tour. Single supplements are rates imposed by hotels and charged to us. Not included in price is airfare, insurance, personal spending, lunches and any items not specifically mentioned for individual tours. All ground transportation, escorts, admissions, special events, breakfasts and dinners mentioned, service charges, baggage handling (one suitcase per person), tipping and transfers are included. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due at the time of booking. Final payments are shown on tour itinerary page. Payment can be cheque, MasterCard or Visa. Please note that because currency rates can change daily, there will be some differences in US credit card exchanges since they must be processed in Canadian funds then converted back. This can mean either a slightly lower or higher charge than the price or amount processed. To avoid this, US residents can pay by cheque. Prices of tours are subject to change because of currency fluctuation. Prices set in late November, 2018 are based on the Euro and British Sterling. Please note that if paying by credit card, final payment will automatically be taken on the final payment date.  Cheques must be received by our Maritime Travel agency in Abbotsford, BC on or before the due date.

Insurance - We strongly recommend purchase of comprehensive insurance at the time of booking. This can be done through your travel agent or insurance companies. If you wish, we can put you in touch with travel insurance agents. Rates vary depending on age, duration of stay and health.  Fraser Travel takes no responsibility for anyone not insured.

Cancellations and refunds - If a tour participant is required to cancel, the following penalties apply:  Deposit is non - refundable. Remainder is 100% non refundable from date of final payment .
 
No refunds will be made for unused accommodation and/or services. Protect yourself and take out insurance to protect your money.

Transfers- Transfers from airport to hotel will be arranged for tour participants who come in the day the tour commences or one day prior. Transfers from the hotel to the airport will be arranged for tour participants on the final day of the tour.

Tour departure time - All tours depart from their starting point at 9:00 or 9:30 a.m. on the date shown for each tour unless otherwise indicated. It is the responsibility of tour participants to be at the starting point on time. We recommend guests arrive a day early to get over jet lag and to rest up before the tour begins.

Baggage - All baggage handling for one ordinary suitcase per person, up to a weight of 50 lbs. is included. Carry on baggage is the responsibility of the tour participant. Extra cases can be carried, if space available, at $75 per bag for the tour.

Travel documents, personal items and air tickets - Tour participants are responsible for their passport and other travel documents, and for safe keeping of their air ticket and belongings.

Tour membership - We reserve the right to accept or reject any person. The tour manager may require any tour participant to withdraw from a tour if the participant's action or conduct is deemed offensive or a nuisance to others and the Company shall have no liability.

Responsibility- We disclaim all responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused by or arising from common carriers, airlines, coach companies, hotels, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to change dates of tours if deemed necessary and to change the itinerary without notice. We reserve the right to cancel a tour at any time in which case we have no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid for the tour by the tour participant.
